A calm reply, in your words.
Replies are read by the next customer more than by the reviewer. Choose the stars and what the review mentioned, edit the draft until it sounds like you, and copy it. Plain templates, no AI, nothing leaves your browser.
Names and contact details you type stay on this page.

Six rules for replying well
Reply within a day or two
A quick reply shows other readers that someone is listening. Even a short, kind line is better than silence.
Name one real detail
Edit the reply to mention something specific from the review. A reply that could fit any review reads like a template.
Never argue in public
Say sorry for how it felt, offer to fix it offline, and stop. People reading are judging your calm, not winning the debate.
Keep private details out
Do not mention names of other customers, bills, orders or anything about their health or money.
Do not offer a reward to change a review
Google's rules do not allow incentives for reviews. Ask them to tell you what went wrong, and leave the review to them.
Report fake reviews
If a review is from someone who never came, use the three dots on it in your Business Profile and choose to report it. Do not reply as if it were real.
What a good reply does.
It is quick
A reply in a day or two shows that someone is listening. Even a short, kind line beats silence.
It is specific
Mention one thing the reviewer actually said. A reply that fits any review reads like a form letter.
It never argues
For a bad review, say sorry for how it felt, offer to fix it offline, and stop. The people reading judge your calm.
It keeps private things private
No names of other customers, no bills, nothing about anyone's health or money. And never offer a reward to change a review.

About this tool.
Something we haven’t covered? Ask us.
Should I reply to every Google review?
Replying to most of them is worth it, especially the critical ones. Readers judge a business by how it answers, and a short, calm reply helps more than silence.
How should I answer a one-star review?
Say sorry for how it felt, do not argue, do not defend, and move the conversation offline with a phone number or email. Keep it short, and keep every private detail out.
Can I offer a discount for changing a review?
No. Google's rules do not allow incentives in exchange for reviews. Ask what went wrong, fix it if you can, and leave the decision to the customer.
What if the review is fake?
If it is from someone who was never your customer, report it using the three dots on the review in your Business Profile. Do not reply as if it were real.
Is this written by AI?
No. These are plain templates filled with what you type. Nothing is sent anywhere. Edit the words so they sound like you.
Why is there no Hindi version?
A reply in Hindi should be written, or at least read, by a Hindi speaker, so we do not offer an automatic translation. Write the Hindi reply yourself, using the same structure.
