What will it cost?

Choose what you need and see an honest range for a logo and brand identity, a website, performance marketing, creative content or PR. It is built from the starting prices on our pricing page, and it shows its working.

The calculator

What do you need?

Choose one or more. You can change everything below.

How the number is worked out.

Each service starts from its published starting price and scales with the scope you pick. Three things add a stated percentage. Nothing else is hidden in the sum.

  • Online store

Adds 25% to the website range and moves it to at least a custom build.

  • Each extra language

Adds 10% to the website range for each additional language, up to three.

  • Needed faster than usual

Adds 20% to one-off projects when the typical timeline will not do.

  • Retainers

Performance marketing, creative and PR are monthly. They start with a three-month run so results have room to show, then continue month to month.

How the range is built

Every service starts from the published starting price on our pricing page. A level you pick (for example a logo and essentials, a full brand system, a brochure site or a custom build) multiplies that starting price by a fixed rule, or uses the typical range we publish for full-scope work. Monthly services show the monthly range and the first three months, because retainers begin with a three-month run.

Three things add a stated percentage: an online store, each extra language up to three, and delivery faster than usual. Each shows in the result so you can see exactly what moved the number. Figures are rounded to the nearest five thousand rupees and exclude taxes.

What is included, and what is not

  • Included in a project range

The work listed under 'what the fee covers' for each service on the pricing page, at the scope you chose.

  • Not included

Taxes, ad spend (paid directly to the platforms) and anything outside the scope you picked. Ask for third-party costs such as domain names, hosting and licences to be named in the written scope.

  • Why a range and not one number

Page count, how much content already exists, how many stakeholders give feedback and how fast you need it all move the price. A range tells you what to plan for without false precision.

  • What turns it into a quote

A short conversation, then a written scope and a fixed price for a project, or a monthly fee for a retainer. The calculator never replaces that step.

A worked example

Say you choose a custom website of seven to fifteen pages with an online store, and one extra language. The custom level uses our published typical range for custom builds. The online store adds 25 percent, the extra language adds 10 percent, and the result is shown as a range excluding taxes. If you also need it faster than usual, a further 20 percent is added and the line says so.

Add a brand identity and the calculator shows the two lines separately and then a combined one-off total, so you can see which part of the budget each choice drives. Add a monthly service and it shows the monthly range and the three-month commitment on its own line.

How to read any quote, ours or someone else's

  • Ask what is in the scope, in a list

A quote that says only 'website' or 'logo' is hiding the decisions that decide the price: pages, rounds of feedback, files delivered and who owns them.

  • Ask what happens after launch

Who edits the site, who fixes problems, what hosting costs and whether anyone checks the results. Cheap quotes often leave these out.

  • Compare like with like

A template-based site and a custom build are different products. A logo and a brand system are different products. Compare the deliverables, not the totals.

  • Check ownership and files

You should receive source files and the rights to use them without a fee. Ask before you sign.

  • Be wary of fixed prices with no questions

If nobody asked what you sell, who it is for or what success looks like, the price was not based on your project.

Common budgeting mistakes

  • Counting only the build

Content, photography, hosting, maintenance and promotion are separate lines. A website with no traffic plan is a brochure nobody reads.

  • Treating the first quote as the only one

Scope can change the price either way. Ask what you could drop or phase to reach a comfortable first release.

  • Paying for the logo and forgetting the system

A logo on its own does not tell your team how to use it. The guidelines are what keep the brand consistent in year two.

  • Skipping the conversation

The calculator is a starting point. The conversation is where scope gets honest, and where we tell you if a smaller first step makes sense.

About these estimates.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us.

How is this estimate worked out?

Each service starts from the same starting price published on our pricing page, scaled by the scope you choose. Online stores, extra languages and faster delivery add a stated percentage. Nothing else is added and no market figures are used.

Is this a quote?

It is an indicative range, excluding taxes, not a quote. A written scope and a fixed price follow a short conversation, because the same scope can mean different work for different businesses.

Why is there a range, not one number?

Because scope changes. The number of pages, how much content exists already and how many rounds of feedback you need all move the price. A range tells you what to plan for without false precision.

Do the monthly services have a minimum commitment?

Retainers for performance marketing, creative and PR start with a three-month run so results have room to show, then continue month to month. The calculator shows the first three months so the commitment is clear.

Is ad spend included for performance marketing?

Ad spend is not included. It is paid directly to the platforms and sits on top of the management fee.

What if my budget is lower than the range?
