A free brand audit: find where your brand loses people.

Send us your website and a social profile. We review how consistently your brand shows up, and tell you the three things worth fixing first.

Not ready to send details? Take the two-minute brand health check first.

A website address is ideal. A brand name works too.

Optional. The profile you want us to look at.

Optional. One line is enough.

What the audit covers

  • Positioning and message

Is it clear who you are for and why you are the choice? We read your site, profile and materials the way a new customer would.

  • Consistency across surfaces

Does your website, social presence and advertising sound and look like one company, or three?

  • Three prioritised fixes

Not a long report. The three changes most worth making first, in the order we would make them.

How it works.

  1. Send the details

Your name, email and a website or brand name. A social profile and a line about what feels off help, but are optional.

  2. We review it

A senior person looks at how your brand shows up and writes the review.

  3. You get the audit

A short written review by email, and a conversation if it is useful. No obligation.

Who it is for.

  • Founders who suspect their brand looks smaller than their business.
  • Teams whose website, social and ads have drifted apart.
  • Businesses about to spend on a rebrand, a site or ads and wanting a second opinion first.

What a finding looks like

Illustrative examples, written for this page. They are not from a real client.

  • Say who you are for, in one sentence

Typical finding: the homepage describes the company in three different ways, and a first-time visitor cannot tell which customers it serves. Fix: one sentence in the first screen, repeated in the social bio, so every surface says the same thing.

  • Make the first screen work on a phone

Typical finding: the contact details sit two screens down and the main button is easy to miss. Fix: the next step visible without scrolling, and a call or WhatsApp action one tap away.

  • Show proof where the doubt happens

Typical finding: good reviews exist but live on a page nobody visits. Fix: two or three specific results or testimonials placed beside the price or the enquiry button.

What we look at, and what we need from you

We look at what a customer can see: your website on a phone and on a laptop, your social profiles, your Google listing if you have one, and any ads or printed material you send us. We read it the way a new customer would, then compare the surfaces with each other.

We do not need access to anything private. A website address and one social profile are enough to begin. A line about what feels off helps us look in the right place. If you share files, we use them only to write your audit.

Why we offer it free

An audit shows how we think before you commit to anything. It is also the honest first step for many businesses: the problem is often smaller, and cheaper to fix, than the one they came in worried about.

Some people take the three fixes and carry them out themselves. Some ask us to help with one of them. Some come back a year later. All of those are fine outcomes, and the audit is written to be useful whichever you choose.

After the audit

The audit is yours to keep and to act on with anyone, including your current team. Many owners make the first fix themselves and that is a good outcome.

If you want help with the larger fixes, we scope them separately and give a fixed price after a short conversation. The starting prices are public and the calculator gives you a range first. There is no obligation, and no pressure to buy anything.

What is a brand audit?

A short written review of how your brand shows up: whether it is clear who you are for and why you are the choice, whether your website, social and advertising look like one company, and the three fixes worth making first.

Is it really free?

It is free, with no obligation to hire us.

What do you need from me?

Your name, email and a website address (a brand name works too). A social profile and one line about what feels off help but are optional.

What does the audit cover?

Positioning and message, consistency across surfaces (website, social and ads), and three prioritised fixes in the order we would make them.

What do I receive, and in what format?

Who does the audit?

A senior person at the studio looks at how your brand shows up and writes the review.

Will I be pushed to buy a rebrand?

Nothing follows unless you ask for it. What we do next is offered only if you want it, and the audit stands on its own.

Who is it for?

Founders who suspect their brand looks smaller than their business, teams whose website, social and ads have drifted apart, and businesses about to spend on a rebrand, a site or ads who want a second opinion first.
