PR & Growth

Founder-led PR and earned media that build credibility before the buyer, the investor or the candidate says hello.

What this is.

PR is the part of reputation you cannot buy, so it has to be earned with a story worth telling. We find the story and shape the founder's voice. Then we place it where the people who matter will read it: in the press and on the channels your buyers actually use.

For founders, personal credibility is part of the company's. Founder branding is therefore part of this service, not an extra.

Who it’s for

  • Founders who are raising and want to be taken seriously before the first meeting.
  • Companies hiring who need the right people to have heard of them.
  • Teams selling to buyers who check you out before they reply.

What you get.

PR, Founder Branding, and everything it takes to put them to work.

  • Story and narrative

The point of view the founder and company can credibly own, written so a journalist can use it.

  • Press launch

Announcements and briefings. Relationships with the publications your market reads.

  • Founder bylines

Opinion and expertise pieces that put a name and a point of view to the company.

  • Founder branding

A LinkedIn-first presence and personal brand that supports the company's story.

  • Event and launch identity

One visual system for stage, outdoor and social, whenever a moment needs it.

  • Coverage tracking

Features earned, and how they were used in sales conversations, hiring and investor updates.

Signals

When you need pr & growth.

The situations where this work pays for itself fastest. If two or three of these sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.

  • Good work, but nobody outside your circle knows

Reputation does not build itself. If customers and partners and the press do not know what you have done, the work is invisible.

  • You are launching, expanding, or hosting an event

These moments are news. Planned early, they can earn coverage that advertising cannot buy.

  • A founder or expert should be better known

People buy from people they recognise. Expert commentary and a clear point of view raise trust in the whole business.

  • You are being talked about, and not always kindly

A clear approach to criticism and a prepared response protect a reputation faster than silence.

  • You want local and regional reach

Regional and Hindi-language press reach buyers that national outlets do not. Stories need to be shaped for each audience.

How we approach it.

The same six-step discipline runs every project; here is how it shows up in this discipline.

Read the full process

  1. Find the story

What is genuinely new, useful or surprising about the company. And who cares.

  2. Shape the voice

A clear point of view for the founder, in language that sounds like them.

  3. Choose the room

The publications and channels where your buyer actually reads. The same goes for investors and candidates.

  4. Launch and follow through

Press, bylines and social go out on a plan. Follow-up comes after.

  5. Use the coverage

Earned credibility goes straight into sales decks. It also feeds hiring pages and investor updates.

What we fix.

  • News nobody asked for

Announcements about the company, for the company. We lead with what a reader gains.

  • A founder invisible online

A strong company with a blank personal profile. We build the founder's voice alongside the brand's.

  • Coverage that never gets used

A feature that sits in a folder. We plan where each piece goes to work.

  • PR and design that don't meet

A press launch and an event look from two different teams. We run identity and press as one launch.

Before you start

Mistakes buyers make.

Most are easy to avoid once you can see them. Each one costs time or money later.

  • Sending releases about nothing

A press release about a product update with no news angle gets ignored. The story has to matter to the reader of that outlet.

  • Treating PR as advertising

Earned coverage cannot be bought or controlled. Editors want substance and a fair account, not promotion.

  • Starting PR before the basics are ready

If the website is weak, or the brand or the proof is, coverage sends people to a poor first impression. Fix those first, or at the same time.

  • Expecting results overnight

Relationships and reputation build over months. A fair plan sets an honest time frame and measures what is in your control.

Scope

What is included, and what is not.

Every engagement gets a written scope. This is how the line usually falls, so nothing surprises you.

  • Usually included

Story and message development; Press materials such as releases and media kits; Media outreach and relationship building; Spokesperson preparation; Reporting on what was placed and what it led to.

  • Usually outside the scope

Guaranteed coverage. Editors decide, and no honest agency can promise placement; Paid advertising and sponsored content, which are separate; Event production unless scoped; Legal review of claims. Your own adviser should do that.

Where we’ve done it.

All work

How to evaluate any pr & growth agency.

Useful whether you hire us or someone else.

  • Ask what they will and will not promise. Anyone guaranteeing coverage is not being honest.
  • Ask how they find the story in your business and test whether it is news.
  • Ask which kinds of media they work with and how they build relationships.
  • Ask how they report, and what counts as a result beyond the number of mentions.
  • Ask how they prepare spokespeople and handle difficult questions.
  • Ask about the contract. What is the minimum period, how much notice is needed and what is included?

Cost

What pr & growth costs, and why.

  • What you pay for

You pay for story development and writing. Relationship work with media is part of it, and so is reporting. Time and judgement are the product.

  • What moves the number

How many audiences and languages there are. The volume of material and the lead time available matter, and so does whether events or crisis readiness are included.

  • What is not in the price

Paid placements are normally separate, and so are event production and legal review. Retainers usually start with a short minimum period so a pattern of coverage has room to form.

Starting point: From ₹50,000 a month, excluding taxes. Typical timeline: monthly, after a 3‑month start. Exact figures come after a short conversation, in writing.

What buyers ask about this.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us directly.

What does founder-led PR mean?

It means the founder is the face and voice of the story. We shape the point of view and the platform, which means bylines, press and social. Buyers and investors increasingly trust a person before a brand, and candidates do too.

Do you guarantee coverage?

No honest PR team can. What we guarantee is a sharp story and the right outlets. Professional follow-up is included. We report on what was earned.

Which publications do you work with?

It depends on who you need to reach. The Jaipur Health Festival launch worked with Dainik Bhaskar and Dainik Jagran. It also used founder bylines and one visual system across stage, outdoor and social.

Can you build our founder's LinkedIn presence?

For DNS Pointers the work was a precise identity and LinkedIn-first founder branding, alongside the mark itself.

When is the right time to invest in PR?

When someone's opinion of you is about to matter, because you are raising or hiring or selling. Credibility is far cheaper to build before that moment than during it.

How do you decide whether it is working?

By what the coverage does for you. Do the enquiries get better, do prospects talk about you differently, is it easier to hire or raise? We track the features earned and where each one was put to use.

What does pr & growth cost?

From ₹50,000 a month is the published starting point. The pricing page explains what moves the number, and after a short conversation we send a written scope and a fixed price.

Can I see an example?

Yes: Jaipur Health Festival (Owned media that sold out a city-scale festival’s partnerships). Each case study states the problem, the decision and the scope.
