What the nine questions look at.
A brand is the sum of small signals. These are the nine that most often decide whether a customer trusts you or moves on.

How the score is worked out
Each of the nine questions has four answers, worth zero to three points. The total is scaled to a score out of 100 and placed in one of four bands. Nothing is sent anywhere while you answer: the arithmetic happens in your browser.
The questions are not equally easy to improve, so the result also names the three areas where you scored lowest, with one concrete fix for each. If an area scored well, it is left alone: the point is to tell you where to spend your next hour, not to hand you a list of everything.
What each band means, and what to do next
Quietly leaking (0 to 39)
Customers look, feel unsure and leave, and you rarely hear about it. The first fixes are usually cheap and quick: one clear sentence about who you are for, one consistent look, and a website that works on a phone. Start there before spending on ads.
Patchy (40 to 59)
Parts of your brand work and parts work against you, so customers get mixed signals. Fix the weakest two or three areas first; the rest tends to lift with them.
Solid foundations (60 to 79)
The basics are in place. What is left is tightening: consistency across every surface, visible proof, and a message your whole team repeats in the same words.
Strong and consistent (80 and above)
Your brand is doing real work. The gains now come from detail and from keeping it consistent as you grow: new people, new channels, new cities.
What a brand audit actually looks at
The same ground, done properly, on your real materials.
Positioning and message
Whether a stranger can say what you do, who it is for and why you rather than someone else, using only your website homepage and your social bio.
Consistency across surfaces
Signboard, card, website, social, packaging and ads, side by side. Where do colour, type, tone and logo use drift apart, and which drift costs you most?
The website on a phone
Speed on mobile data, how quickly the next step is clear, and whether contact details can be found without scrolling for them.
Proof and trust
Case studies, reviews, named clients and results: what is shown, how current it is and how easy it is to find.
Findability
Whether your Google profile is complete, your name and address match across the web, and you appear when people search for what you do.
Measurement
Whether you know where enquiries come from and what each customer costs, because a brand you cannot measure is hard to improve.

What is a brand health check?
A quick self-assessment of the nine things that decide whether a brand wins or loses customers: how consistent it looks, how clearly it says who it is for, how the website works on a phone, what proof you show, and whether people can find you. You answer nine questions and get a reading and three priorities.
How accurate is the score?
It reflects your own answers, so it is only as honest as they are. It is a conversation starter, not an audit. A proper review looks at your actual website, profiles and materials, which is what our free brand audit does.
Do I have to give my email to see the result?
The result appears as soon as you answer the last question. Leaving your email is optional, and only so we can send you a copy and a note on what to do first.
Is my information stored?
Your answers are worked out in your browser and are not sent anywhere. If you choose to leave an email, only that email, your name if you add it, and a one-line summary of the result are saved so we can follow up.
What should I do with the result?
Start with the top fix. If you would like a second opinion on your real website and profiles, ask for the free brand audit and a senior person will review it.
