Six steps. Each ends in something you can hold.

Whatever the discipline, the work moves the same way. It starts with listening and goes through paper and design. It ends in a build that is tested and then kept improving. Follow the line.

Idea

We start by listening. To your audience, to your numbers and to what your category is failing at.

What you hold

A one-page brief. It says who the work is for and which numbers matter. It also names what the category gets wrong.

What you will see A working conversation, with questions that may feel blunt, and a draft brief you can correct before anything is made.

What we need from you Your goals, who you sell to, any numbers you already track, and access to what exists today: website, files, profiles.

Most of this work happens in Branding & Identity and Performance Marketing.

Sketch

Concept directions on paper before pixels. Cheap to throw away, expensive to fall in love with.

What you hold

Concept directions on paper, each argued in a paragraph, so you choose a route rather than a style.

What you will see A review where we walk you through each direction and its reasoning, and ask which one you would defend to a customer.

What we need from you Honest reactions and the reasons behind them. One consolidated set of feedback beats five separate opinions.

Most of this work happens in Branding & Identity and Creative & Content.

Design

An identity or a website or a campaign, built as one system and not as a single screen.

What you hold

The system itself. It is an identity or a site design or a campaign platform, with the rules to extend it.

What you will see Review rounds show the work in context. You see it on a phone or on a signboard or in a feed, not only as flat screens.

What we need from you Content and assets you already have, and a decision-maker who can approve at each round.

Develop

Built to load fast on a phone and to be found on Google. Your team can edit it, and there is no page-builder bloat.

What you hold

Either a production build that is fast, accessible and search-ready, or finished campaign assets ready to run.

What you will see A working build on a private link, so you can click through it on your own phone before anyone else sees it.

What we need from you Final content, plus access to the accounts that matter. That means the domain and analytics, and any systems the site connects to.

Most of this work happens in Website & UI/UX and Performance Marketing.

Test

Before launch and after. We check how many visitors act and how quickly they understand what you do. We also check whether people remember the brand.

What you hold

A scorecard that covers enquiries and speed, plus brand recall. It is read before launch and again after.

What you will see Before launch we check speed and accessibility on real devices. The enquiry path gets the same check. Fixes are made ahead of the date.

What we need from you A launch date, a person who will test as a customer would, and permission to measure results.

Most of this work happens in Website & UI/UX, Performance Marketing and PR & Growth.

Energise

We don't disappear at handoff. Sprint cadence, dashboards, monthly compounding.

What you hold

A running dashboard and a sprint cadence, so the work keeps improving after the launch.

What you will see A regular review where we look at the numbers together, say what we would change next and agree what to try.

What we need from you A named contact, time in the diary for reviews and the few numbers you care about most.

How long it takes

What makes a project go smoothly

  • One voice on your side

Projects move fastest when feedback arrives as one set of consolidated comments and one person can say yes.

  • Content early

Delay usually comes from words and photos, or from product details. Start gathering them while we are still sketching.

  • Decisions at the right time

A direction chosen at the sketch stage costs nothing to change; the same change after design or build is expensive. We will say which stage you are in.

  • Honest numbers

Share what is working and what is not, including the unflattering numbers. We would rather fix the real problem.

  • A starting point that fits

If a full project is more than you need now, there is a smaller first step. The free audit is one, and the brand health check is another. Free brand audit

How a project actually runs.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us.

What are the steps?

Six steps: Idea, Sketch, Design, Develop, Test and Energise. Each ends in something you can hold. First comes a one-page brief and then concept directions. After those come the system itself, a production build or finished assets, a scorecard and a running dashboard.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the discipline. Our indicative windows are 4–9 weeks for brand identity and 4–10 weeks for a website; marketing, creative and PR run monthly after a three-month start. Your proposal states the real timeline.

Do all disciplines follow the same process?

Yes. Whatever the discipline, the work starts with listening and goes through paper and design. It ends in a build that is tested and then kept improving. Each service page shows how the six steps work for that discipline.

How many rounds of revision do I get?

Every proposal states a defined number of review rounds for each stage, so feedback stays focused and the timeline holds.

What do you need from me?

A brief covering the business and the problem and the timeline. Access to your numbers where they exist. A named person who can approve each stage.

What happens after launch?

The Energise step. A running dashboard and a sprint cadence keep the work improving. Ownership, hosting and maintenance are agreed in the proposal, so nothing becomes a footnote later.

Start at step one.

Tell us where you’re stuck. A paragraph is plenty. The first step is a conversation.
