A site that books calls on autopilot.
UI/UX · Development · CRO5.4% visit-to-call
Most of your customers will meet your business on a phone, often on a patchy connection. Many finish the conversation on WhatsApp. We design and build Jaipur websites for that reality, then measure whether visits turn into enquiries.
These are the decisions we make differently because the customer is local, mobile and in a hurry. The general service is on our web design page; this is the Jaipur version of it.
We check pages on a mid-range Android over throttled mobile data. A developer laptop on office wifi tells you nothing. Google calls a page good when the largest element loads in 2.5 seconds or less, input responds within 200 milliseconds and layout stays stable. That is the bar we design to.
A click opens a chat with a message already written: which page, which product, which date. Your team starts the conversation with context, and we track those clicks so you can see which pages actually produce talk.
Real Devanagari typography with correct language tags. A language switch keeps the visitor on the page they were reading. Where it helps there is a Hindi page of its own, written by a person and not run through a translator.
Every page gets one job: book the table, request the quote, reserve the date, buy the piece. If a visitor has to hunt for the next step, the page has not finished its work.
Jewellery and textiles sell on detail, and so do rooms. We size and serve images per screen. A close-up of a kundan piece looks rich, and a visitor on a weak signal does not wait for a three-megabyte download.
Every page carries a clear address and the hours, with a map link and a tap-to-call number, all matched to your Google Business Profile. For a local business that cluster does more than another blog post.
We see the same six faults when we audit local websites. None of them looks broken. All of them cost enquiries.
A hero image straight from the photographer, several megabytes wide.
Resize and compress per screen. Serve modern formats, and load the first image with priority. The page should show its main content before the visitor has time to wonder.
A WhatsApp button that opens an empty chat, with no way to know it was used.
Pre-fill the message with the page or product, and record each tap as a conversion. Then you can say which page earned the enquiry, not guess.
Hindi added late by a plugin, with fallback fonts that break the conjuncts. The matras suffer too.
Choose a Devanagari typeface at design stage and subset it so it stays light. Set the language attributes. Have a native writer check the copy.
A contact form with a dozen fields, then a captcha, then an OTP, all before anyone speaks to you.
Ask for a name and a number. Open the numeric keypad on phones. The rest belongs in the first conversation. Fewer fields means more finished forms.
Catalogues and rate cards locked inside PDFs.
Publish each product or room or course as a real page. It can be read on a phone and found in search, and WhatsApp can link to it. Keep the PDF as a download. It is not the site.
Pop-ups pile up on a small screen, with a cookie bar and a sticky banner on top. The layout shifts as each one arrives.
Reserve space for everything that loads late. Keep one sticky action. Make tap targets thumb-sized. Then test the page with one hand.
Real briefs where website & ui/ux did the heavy lifting.
A Jaipur business is rarely discovered at a desk. It is found on a phone, somewhere between a bazaar and a bus. The person may be on a weak signal. They want one thing: to know if you are the right place and how to reach you. If the page stalls they do not wait. They go back to the results and tap the next name.
Yet most local sites are designed on a large monitor and approved on a laptop. The hero image is huge, the menu is a maze, the contact page is a form with ten fields. Nobody complains. They simply leave, and the lead goes to the competitor whose page opened first. You never see it in a report, because the visitor who left never became a number.
Jaipur sells a great deal that people want to buy from far away. Jewellery and gemstones, block-printed textiles and handicrafts, stays, experiences and admissions all travel well. Every one of them depends on a site that loads and makes sense in a few seconds. It must also offer a way to talk that the customer already uses. In India that is often WhatsApp.

So our brief for every Jaipur site starts well below the fold of a desktop. How does it behave on a modest handset, in two scripts, under a thumb? Beauty is expected. Being usable at the worst moment is the edge, and a template never gets that part right. We design for it first and make it handsome afterwards. Nothing is published until it has been tested that way.
Custom builds typically ₹2–4 lakh. Delivery is usually 4–10 weeks.

A selection of the Rajasthan businesses we have worked with. Many of them sell to customers a long way from home.
Meet the whole rosterIt depends on the pages and the content, and on how fast approvals come back. A focused business site takes weeks. A store or a multi-language build takes longer. The proposal gives dates, and we tell you early which of your decisions sit on the critical path.
The scope covers strategy and message hierarchy, then design for phone and desktop. We build it and test for speed and accessibility. The structure is search-ready, with analytics and a WhatsApp or enquiry flow wired in. Hosting, copywriting and photography are scoped clearly, so nothing is a surprise later.
You do. The domain and the hosting account are yours, and so is the code. We hand over access at launch. Content editing is set up so your team can change text, images and listings without calling a developer for every update.
Technical SEO is built in. That means fast pages and a clean structure, proper titles, local business details and a sitemap. Ongoing content and rankings work is separate. We will not promise a position on Google, and nobody honest can.
We design the catalogue and the product pages for phones first. The cart and checkout follow, with the payment methods your customers use. WhatsApp handles questions before purchase. Jewellery and textiles and handicrafts need good imagery and clear shipping information, and we plan for both.
We audit first. If the structure and content are sound, a redesign on the same foundations is quicker and cheaper. If the site is slow because of how it was built, a rebuild is the honest answer. You get the reasoning, not a sales pitch.
It is common. We write the page structure and the message first. Copy and photos follow in stages, worked out with you. A short, honest site that launches beats a perfect one waiting on material for months.
