Privacy notice

This website is run by Ingenious Hub Enterprise (P) Ltd., a studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. When this notice says “we”, it means that company. You can reach us at hello@ingenioushub.com or +91 95870 15816.

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us: through the contact form, the free brand audit form, the email boxes on our free tools, or by email, WhatsApp or phone.

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it.
• Your company or brand name, website and social profile, if you give them.
• The service you’re interested in and your budget range, if you choose them.
• The message you write (the brief) or the website you ask us to review.
• For the brand health check and the cost calculator: the result shown to you, only if you ask us to email it.

When you send a form, we also attach three small facts about your visit so we can see which pages and links bring us enquiries: the first page you landed on, the website that sent you (if any), and any campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source). These are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. They are sent only when you submit a form. They are not stored on your device afterwards, and they are not used to follow you around the web.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as the page requested, time and an IP address) to keep the site running and secure. To limit spam, the forms use a short-lived technical counter tied to your IP address, kept for about an hour, and a hidden field and timer that detect automated submissions. If a submission looks automated we may mark it for a human to check; we do not discard real messages because of it.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information. We may switch on privacy-friendly analytics that counts page views and button clicks without cookies and without storing anything on your device or identifying you. If we do, we will name the provider here first.

• To read your brief and reply to you.
• To send you a confirmation that we received it.
• To prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.
• To email you the result of a free tool, after you confirm your address.
• To keep a record of our business conversations, and to protect the site from abuse.

If you ask us to email you a result or updates, you tick a consent box and we send one email asking you to confirm your address (double opt-in). Nothing is stored in our sign-up list, and we do not write to you again, until you press the confirm link. If you do nothing, the link expires after 48 hours.

To stop receiving email, reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us or write to hello@ingenioushub.com, and we will remove you. You can also withdraw your consent the same way at any time.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle your message. They process information on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some of them store data on servers outside India.

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Resend: sending the email that carries your brief to us, and the confirmation emails to you.
• GitHub (a Microsoft service, in a private space only the studio can open): a working copy of enquiries, audit requests and confirmed sign-ups, so we can follow them up.
• Upstash: the short-lived rate-limit counter described above, if switched on.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: a bot check, only if it is switched on for the forms.

Enquiries and audit requests (in our email and in the private copy) are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we are working together, in which case we keep what we need to deliver the work and to keep reasonable business and tax records. Confirmed email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-up requests are not kept at all. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we aim to delete it within that period. Ask us sooner and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email hello@ingenioushub.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days. This address is also our contact for any privacy concern or complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 lets you complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Where the law gives you further rights, we will honour them.
