The studio · Jaipur

A small, senior studio, with a long wall of work.

We argue that coherence wins brands, not budget. Then we build for it. Pick something off the wall.

Working from Jaipur, for brands across India.

What we believe.

Four positions we hold on every project, and will argue for in the first meeting.

  • Brands are won on coherence, not budget.

A tagline that argues one thing, a website that argues another, ads that sound like a fourth brand altogether. Most brands lose slowly, by contradiction. We make them hold one argument across every surface. That costs far less than shouting louder.

  • Strategy goes first.

We don’t open Figma until we’ve answered who you’re for and how your market has it wrong. Design is the second half of the decision, not the first.

  • One table.

Brand, web, performance and PR sit together here, so the logo, the landing page and the ad can’t drift apart. There is no hand-off between agencies for the idea to leak through.

  • The people who pitch are the people who ship.

We are a small, senior team. The person across the table in the first meeting is the one still checking the details at launch.

Five disciplines, one team

What you hold at the end of each step.

See how a project runs

  1. Idea

We start by listening. To your audience, to your numbers and to what your category is failing at.

  2. Sketch

Concept directions on paper before pixels. Cheap to throw away, expensive to fall in love with.

  3. Design

An identity or a website or a campaign, built as one system and not as a single screen.

  4. Develop

Built to load fast on a phone, to be found on Google and to be edited by your team. No page-builder bloat.

  5. Test

Before launch and after. We check how many visitors act, how quickly they understand what you do, and whether people remember the brand.

  6. Energise

We don’t disappear at handoff. A monthly review and a dashboard you can read keep the work improving, and fixes ship as they are found.
