The case studies show work we made for clients. Client names, logos and marks belong to those clients and appear to show who we have worked with, not to suggest that they endorse this website. The designs, copy, code and images made by the studio are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as general information and may change without notice. Results shown in case studies describe particular projects; they are not a promise of what any future project will achieve.

Sending us a brief, or receiving a reply, does not create an agreement to work together. Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both sides, which sets out scope, fees, timelines and ownership.

Please do not send confidential information that you are not ready to share. If you want a confidentiality agreement in place before you share details, say so in your first message and we will arrange it. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or from relying on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any separate agreement between us.
