Why is a square and a circle download offered?
Most platforms crop to a circle themselves, so upload the square. The circle file, with transparent corners, is handy for decks and documents.
What makes a good profile picture for a business?
A simple mark with room around it, high contrast against its background, and nothing that needs reading at the size of a thumbnail. If your full logo has small text, use the mark alone.
