What a clinic or wellness website costs

A healthcare site is priced by its booking features, the number of services and doctors it presents, and how carefully it handles privacy. Looks are the smaller part.

A patient decides whether to call after a few seconds: does this place look careful, and can I book without a fuss? A clinic or wellness site has to answer both, and the cost follows what you ask it to do.

The ranges, in plain terms

The studio's published indicative ranges apply. A brochure site of up to about six pages sits at ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000. A custom design of seven to fifteen pages sits at ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000. A larger site or one with integrations, such as online booking, sits at ₹4,00,000 and up. See the pricing page. They are starting points, exclude taxes and are not quotes.

What moves a healthcare site

  • Booking: a phone number and a form are simple. Online appointment booking connected to a calendar is an integration.
  • Services and people: one page per service and per doctor takes content from the clinic and approvals from each doctor.
  • Photography: real rooms and real staff build trust faster than stock images.
  • Languages: a Hindi version is common for local patients and adds to the range for each extra language.
  • Privacy: forms that collect health details need care. Collect as little as possible and say plainly how it is used.

Say only what you can stand behind

Medical claims, before-and-after images and guarantees are governed by rules and by good sense. The studio designs the space and the structure. The clinic supplies and approves every claim, qualification and registration number shown.

Before you brief a studio

Use the website readiness checklist to gather logo files, text, photographs, registrations and logins. Then try the timeline estimator to plan the launch.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us.

Do we need online booking?

Not always. A clear phone number and a short form are a sound start, and booking can follow. It is the feature that most often moves a site into the larger range.

Can the site show treatment results?

Only with the right permissions and within the rules that apply to your field. The clinic is responsible for what it claims. Ask your professional body or adviser.

How do we handle patient details on a form?

Ask for the least you need, say how it will be used, and do not collect anything sensitive in a general enquiry form. Our privacy page shows the plain wording we use ourselves.

Is Hindi worth adding?

If many of your patients prefer it, yes. Each extra language adds to the range and needs proper translation, so decide early.
