Sample, a fictional business. Every line below was made by the same tools we use for a real audit.
Sample Sweets, Jaipur
samplesweets.example
On 12 October 2026 we looked at samplesweets.example from the outside: 22 basic checks of the home page, of which 13 are in good shape and 9 are worth improving. We also looked at how your brand and social profile come across. These are the three things we would do first.
What we would do first
Put a phone, WhatsApp and email on the home page
Why it matters: Someone ready to buy should not have to look for a phone number or email.
What to do: Show a phone number, a WhatsApp link and an email on the home page, in the header or footer, as tappable links.
What we saw: No phone, email or WhatsApp link found on the home page
Make the offer and the next step obvious
Why it matters: A visitor who is unsure what to do next usually does nothing.
What to do: Pick one action, such as Call, WhatsApp or Get a quote. Show it in the same place on every page, and put one piece of real proof beside it, such as a client's own words or a result you can show.
What we saw: It is not clear what the business sells or what the first step is.
Write a clear page description
Why it matters: The description is the grey text under the title in Google. A clear one helps the right people choose your link.
What to do: Write a description of about 120 to 155 characters: who you help, what you do, and one reason to call.
What we saw: No description found
Our view of your brand
- Logo and visual consistency (fine)
The logo is clear, though the colours or fonts differ a little between the website and the social profile. - Message clarity (strong)
Within a few seconds it is clear what the business does and who it is for. - Social profile (needs work)
The bio does not say what the business does or how to get in touch. - Photography and pictures (fine)
The pictures are clear, though the style or light varies from one to the next. - Offer and next step (needs work)
It is not clear what the business sells or what the first step is. - Local presence (strong)
The Google profile is complete, with the right address, hours, phone and photos.
What we checked on the website
In good shape: The website opens, Secure address (https), Redirects on the way in, Size of the page's text and code, Page title, Main heading on the page, Made for phones, Open to Google, Instructions for search engines (robots.txt), Preferred address of the page, Links to your social profiles, Page language, Everything loads securely.
Worth a look after the first fixes: Time to open the page, Sitemap, Structured business details, Preview when the link is shared, Small icon in the browser tab, Enquiry form, Readable text on the home page.
What we did not check
- How the brand looks and sounds: logo, colours, photography and writing (we add our own review of these)
- Pages other than the home page
- Speed on a real phone with a real connection
- Where the site ranks, and how many people visit
- Ads, email, offers, prices and what competitors do
- Legal pages and anything that needs a login
This audit is based on what was visible on one page on the date above, plus our own review of your brand. It is a starting point, not a full audit. It does not promise any change in search position or sales.
