The kind of problem

Projects like this usually exist to fix one of a few familiar problems. These are the ones we see most often in creative & content work.

  • Content without a voiceGeneric posts that could belong to any brand. We write and design from the brand's own argument.
  • Bursts and silencesActivity at launch and nothing after. Weekly shipping keeps the brand present.

What we made

  • IdentityRules for colour, typography, imagery and layout. Together they make the brand recognisable without the logo on the page.
  • On-airOn-screen graphics and identity for a broadcast. They are designed to read clearly at TV size and speed.

How work like this runs

MasterChef Rajasthan’s published scope was identity and on-air. This is how our creative & content work is run, from first conversation to handover.

  1. Find the one promise

A single line a customer can repeat, tested across formats before we commit.

  2. Build the toolkit

Templates and tone rules, with asset libraries. Production stays fast and on-brand.

  3. Ship weekly

A regular cadence of finished work, not a quarterly reveal.

  4. Learn and sharpen

Review what earned attention and action, and fold it back into the next batch.

If you are facing something similar

Before you commission a campaign or content: six things worth settling first, whoever you hire.

  • Choose the formats from the audience, not the brief

Where do these people actually spend attention? It could be a hoarding, a reel or a landing page. Spend there and nowhere else.

  • Plan the sizes before the creative

Outdoor routes, social crops and print formats shape the layouts. Decide them late and the work gets redone.

  • Agree what counts as a result

Reach, enquiries, bookings or sales: pick one before launch. The campaign can then be judged fairly afterwards.

  • Budget for the boring parts

Approvals, resizing, adaptation and delivery take real time. A realistic plan puts them in the schedule.

  • Design for every format at once

Stage, screen, print, outdoor and social must share one system. Otherwise the event looks like several events.

  • Plan the identity to last

A flexible system that can change each edition while staying recognisable builds a brand instead of a poster.

What usually goes wrong

Three patterns we meet often in creative & content work, and the quiet cost of each.

  • No plan for the second month

A burst of creative with nothing behind it fades. Decide in advance what runs after launch week.

  • Many ideas, no idea

A campaign that tries to say four things says none of them. Settle the single promise before choosing a format.

  • Shooting before the shot list

Without a written list tied to real uses, a shoot day produces beautiful pictures that fit no layout.

Where this sits

The service

Social content and ad creative, with campaigns that ship weekly, not quarterly.

How we run Creative & Content

The industry

Festivals, broadcasts and publishers. We design the identity that has to hold up on a stage and on a screen, and on a hoarding the same week.

Festivals, broadcasts and publishers need an identity that holds up on a stage, on a screen and on a hoarding in the same week. It also has to be reused edition after edition.

The common problem is an event that looks different in every format, or a new look each year that never builds recognition.

Questions about projects like this.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us.

What did the MasterChef Rajasthan project include?

The published scope was identity and on-air, for MasterChef Rajasthan (Media, TV). The pieces delivered are listed above, with what each is for.

Who owns the photographs, films and files?

You receive the agreed final assets and source files at handover, and the proposal sets out usage so there is no confusion later.

How do you brief a shoot?

With a written shot list tied to real uses, approved before anyone picks up a camera, so the shoot day holds no surprises.

How is the work measured?

Against a result we agree before launch. It might be reach, enquiries, bookings or sales.

Do you take on more Media & events projects like MasterChef Rajasthan?

Yes. MasterChef Rajasthan is one of our published Media & Events projects, and the Media & events page lists the others along with how we approach the category, so you can judge the fit before you write.

How do you keep an event identity consistent across formats?

With a clear system for the name, the colour, the type and the layouts, plus a template for each format. Teams on the ground can then produce material that still looks like one event.

Can you also handle the press side of an event?

Event identity and press materials can be handled together with the plan for the days around the event. The launch then looks and sounds consistent.
